DPSA Records

The OBJECTS of the Downlands Past Students Association are fully outlined in the Constitution, and read as follows:

3.1 To advance a social connection and interaction amongst past students and keep up the memory of College days.

3.2 To facilitate connections between past and present students to foster a spirit of community across the ages and support personal, spiritual and professional development.

3.3 To advance the standing and best interests of the College in cooperative alignment with its staff and associated community bodies.

3.4 To build pride and respect for the College, preserve its history and traditions and encourage past students to live Strong in Faith.

3.5 To promote the mission and vision of the College, as built on the foundations and values of the Missionaries of the Sacred Heart.

3.6 To promote philanthropic support for Downlands College.

3.7 To do any other things that are incidental to or conducive to the attainment of any or all of the above objectives. 

To facilitate and support the stated objects the Management Committee of the DPSA are committed to transparent reporting to underpin a healthy and sustainable organisation.

POLICIES

Policies and procedures are particularly important to Downlands College and the Downlands Past Students Association.

Each policy/procedure has been developed in consultation with stakeholders and is approved by the appropriate bodies before publication.
